Kozett has a solid background in private client and property sector work, joining Lewis’ in 2024.
Kozett enjoys helping clients with the sale and purchase of residential, rural and commercial properties, leases, financing and refinancing and incorporated societies. Her experience expands into wills, enduring powers of attorney and occupational right agreements. Kozett assists clients navigate the legal process as efficiently as possible, to ensure the clients experience is as easy and straightforward as possible.
Prior to joining the Lewis’ team, Kozett worked with another Waikato firm and previously with a well-established Taranaki firm.
Kozett has served on the committee of local community clubs and organisations. In joining the team at Lewis’, a reconnection with those organisations provides the opportunity to meet and build relationships with the wider community of Cambridge and the Waikato.
