Kaitlyn is an enthusiastic and diligent member of our residential conveyancing and property development teams working on all types of conveyancing matters, with a particular interest in subdivisions and developments.
What she enjoys most is helping clients turn their ideas into reality, whether that be buying their first home, adding more investments properties to their portfolio, subdividing their residential or rural property, completing large scale developments or anything else in between.
Kaitlyn completed a Bachelor of Laws at Waikato University in 2023 and is to be admitted as a Solicitor in June 2024.
