Her speciality areas include sale and purchases, refinancing, subdivisions, property sharing agreements and reviewing building contracts.

She is adept in assisting her clients to overcome practical issues that may arise during a transaction and takes pride in providing a professional service to her clients.

Fiona’s expertise also extends to Trusts and Estate planning (Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney).

Fiona joined the team in 2004 after relocating to New Zealand from Scotland and was made an Associate of Lewis Lawyers in 2017.
