Lisa leads our commercial property, property development and succession planning teams.
Lisa has extensive experience in all areas of property law, with a specialist focus on commercial property, agribusiness, subdivisions, and complex property issues.
She acts for a wide range of business clients, assisting to sell, purchase or restructure businesses along with preparation and advice on contracts and contract disputes.
Lisa also provides advice to operators of aged care and retirement village establishments and has experience in the acquisition and sale of such facilities along with preparing disclosure statements and occupation right agreements and advising on compliance obligations under the Retirement Villages Act.
Lisa joined the Lewis partnership in 2007, after joining the team in 2004.
