Georgia is a senior solicitor with significant experience and knowledge in our commercial and property team. Her areas of expertise include the sale and acquisition of commercial property, shareholder agreements, leasing, financing, development projects and business sale and purchase transactions.
Before joining Lewis’, Georgia gained a broad range of corporate, commercial and property experience working in an Auckland law firm.
Georgia strives to provide straight-forward, practical advice and enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals.
Cambridge born and raised, Georgia has returned to the area with her husband and three daughters, where she enjoys the rural lifestyle, playing netball with a local sports club and is a committee member of the Whitehall Settlors Hall Association.
